Life & Hobbies

When she isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Cummings is a proud mother of two boys and wife to an amazing husband, with whom she loves to take trips and experience new parts of the state and country. In her free time, she also loves to exercise and is a proud Navy Veteran. Dr. Cummings served four years in the Navy, during which she spent over two years stationed on board the nuclear aircraft carrier, the USS Abraham Lincoln.

Life & Hobbies
Dr. Stewart was born and grew up in Wichita, Kansas. She moved to Kansas City after graduating from Bishop Carroll High to attend Rockhurst University on golf and academic scholarships. Dr. Stewart was very active in academic clubs and several charities during college through her sorority. She also began volunteering independently for Cass County’s Dental Clinics, which gave her much joy. She loved educating children on the importance of dental hygiene. That was the beginning of her journey and love of the dental arts. After graduating from Rockhurst, majoring in Physics of Medicine, she attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s School of Dentistry to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

In her free time, she loves traveling, golfing, biking, reading, and hanging out with her husband Jake, their dog Buddy, her friends, and family. Dr. Stewart continues to stay active in the charities she loves and in the field of dentistry through continued education. It is her dream to give everyone a reason to smile.
